Due in two days and can't think of a single boy's name I like. The only name DP has suggested is Buddy, but I'm not sure. I don't LOVE any names (I have several girls' names that I love). Want something unusual but not twattish.

The nearest name to something I love is Otto, but that's DP's brother's name, but it gives you an idea of the kind of thing I like maybe. And quite like these (but don't love):

  • Jesse
  • Caleb
  • Spike
  • Forrest

Please help! (Surname is James)

I do like Arlo, but that's been suggested. Hmmm, what about Hayden or Lennon? Or Llyr?

So I've found out I'm pregnant, but I've always been thinking of baby names, I can't think of any and the ones I come across researching.. I hate, don't really like any of them. I'm really fussy with names. I want to keep its surname double barrel with my surname (Barlow) and my partners (brookes) so it's so hard to think of a unique name ... Please help. Much appreciated

How about Bailey Barlow Brookes? hmm. I really don't know what your interests are but maybe Chooze app can help. It's where I got my baby's name

Please don't call him Jesse James. It is more than ridiculous. He was not a decent human being.

Suggestions:
Otis
Jethro
Jeremiah
Griffin
Arlo
Leo
Quincy
Isaac
Roscoe

I always put names through a series of tests
•cute baby name
•'this is my son' x (would I be happy saying that at 1 week, 5 years, 12 years, 20, 40 etc?
• would I trust a surgeon if x was his name?
•would he be respected at work 'yes so long x signs off on it' or 'have x approve the contract he is in his office'
•appropriate if he decides on a trade 'Tarquin the lawyer, fine tarquin the bricky - think he would take a slagging
•what would it be shortened too, his friends call him?

Haven't found it yet it we will get there. Be careful with buddy - baby name, check. Toddler name absolutely. Would I want Buddy representing me in court... hmm. Also Christmas would be torture for him - have you seen the movie Elf? Plus guys sometimes use it as a term of endearment to each other 'alright buddy, how's things?'
