Hi there so James and Isabella's sister has arrived safe and sound. All the names we were thinking of just don't suit. Would you mind ranking the following please? These are the only 3 we can all agree on...

Emma
Charlotte
Poppy

We are not worried about the sibset names sounding right together, more that these are the names that seem to suit her.

Thank you!

All three are lovely, indeed. But I think Charlotte sounds best with your names...Poppy sounds less classic than the other two, and Emma is too close to the Bella sound.

Great taste though, and many congratulations to you.x

My order would be:
Charlotte - really lovely name. Timeless and sophisticated.
Emma - nice name but a bit plain compared to Isabella IMO

Poppy - too cutesy, particularly in relation to your other DC names.

Many congratulations! I just adore new babies you lucky thing! Grin

Congratulations! Definitely Emma.

Ragwort · 26/01/2014 21:01

They are all lovely names but I think 'Charlotte' works best with your other two. Smile

BlackberryandNettle · 26/01/2014 21:01

Emma 1st, personally I am hearing Charlotte everywhere at the moment. Like Poppy too but prefer Emma. Congratulations!

toobreathless · 26/01/2014 22:29

Not keen on poppy - too twee and maybe a bit faddy for me.

Love Charlotte & Emma

You can't go wrong with Emma - it's one of those names which doesn't define the child in the way some do.

And may I say, thank goodness for a baby names thread with three nice uncomplicated names!

BobaFetaCheese · 27/01/2014 13:11

Charlotte or Emma, although does Bella/Emma annoy you/will it annoy them when they're older.

I really dislike Poppy, I'm related to a 20yr old one and she hates it so I think her dislike of it has rubbed off on me!

Emma is beautiful - simple, classic.
Charlotte is nice.

I have never liked Poppy - agree it is twee, and not in the same league as James and Isabella.

fruitloop84 · 27/01/2014 13:16

Charlotte
Emma
don't really like Poppy.

Congrats in your new baby whatever you choose to call her
