Hmm, Pearl and Clementine are lovely and have been on my lists before...I'm going to reconsider those...

No to Christian themes,I'm an atheist. And some P names are tricky with our surname.Lots of the other names are perfectly nice, but too popular for us. Also I over think things,so I love Ivy,but someone mentioned I.V lines and now that's all I can hear, Iris I just think of eyeballs.

Ugh,this baby is Never going g to get a name.

Anjou · 20/11/2013 22:27

Estella/Estrella & Seren both mean star. Pretty and Christmassy in a subtle way.

Acashia (also spelt Acacia) pr. a-KAY-sha.

I love Estella, but couldn't get past the horrid girl in Great Expectations.
Camelia - prefer Camille.
Never heard of Ruis, but liking the sound of it.
Amaryllis, anyone?
I know a few Violets now but no Violas.

I was going to suggest Prunella, for the winter flowering prunus, but if you can't have p, that's a problem.

Solstice? Falls on 21 Dec. Never heard anyone use it but could be nice.

Natalie isn't too Christian, or Nicola for Santa Claus.
