I recommend you give them similar length names. My twins are learning to write, and I can imagine how much tougher it would be if one had a long name and one had a short name :-) eg. elizabeth would be furious that max learned to write his name quicker, as it 's so much shorter. It also stops a lot of arguments over who has the longest name (can't help with who's oldest/biggest/fastest etc though!)
