Hmm. Not sure about this one.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
Onyabike · 05/08/2013 12:59

I wouldn't personally.

valiumredhead · 05/08/2013 13:00

Prefer Bert personally.

Littlecherublegs · 05/08/2013 13:03

I wouldnt.

UpTheFRIGGinDuff · 05/08/2013 13:32

I would,with Albert as a full name.

laura0007 · 05/08/2013 13:35

I call my bump Hubert, but wouldn't actually call it that in real life!

UriGeller · 05/08/2013 13:37

Bertie is quite cute but can you imagine it on a gangly teenager?

squoosh · 05/08/2013 15:30

It's a bit burpy and a bit Burt Reynolds.

Can't say I'm a fan. There are many lovely names, Burt is not one of them.

LaRosaBella · 05/08/2013 19:30

No, don't do it.

MrsBungle · 05/08/2013 19:31

NO.

Doshusallie · 05/08/2013 19:33

Well I totally love it.

womma · 13/08/2013 10:19

I love it too.

Bowlersarm · 13/08/2013 10:24

I don't like it, nor Bertie. Although I love the name Robert, so it's a bit strange that I don't like it.

KateCroydon · 13/08/2013 13:03

I reckon it's cool, but I'd call him James/George/William as well to be on the safe side.

womma · 13/08/2013 20:26

I even like Bertrand, but wouldn't have the guts to name a human with it, maybe a pet...

I used to know a Bertrand, he was French and had BO. His girlfriend made him call himself Ben to make him seem cooler though, poor henpecked fella!

I'm not selling it to you am I OP? I do like it though.

OverTheFieldsAndFarAway · 13/08/2013 20:28

Well if you had another you could call him Ernie, Bert and Ernie , classic Sesame Street.

womma · 13/08/2013 20:56

I like Ernie too, great idea!

formicadinosaur · 13/08/2013 23:26
