What would Pearl's sister be called?

Lila? I know someone who was going to call her baby Pearl but changed to Lila so I connect them in my head.

My mum has a friend who is a Ruby and her twin is Pearl. OTOH, DS had a friend at school with little sisters called Pearl and Posy

I love Ruby but it's become really popular and I know at least 4.

I love Olive, Ivy and Violet at the moment.
