My friend is considering it for her PFB. What do people think?

It's OK, but I'm not really one for surnames as first names.

mrsmindcontrol · 29/06/2013 14:40

It's my dog's name.

ISeeNoReasonForBandage · 29/06/2013 15:04

It's my nephew's name. Mainly I think; He came, he saw, he destroyed, he had a temper tantrum, he left Smile

Alisvolatpropiis · 29/06/2013 15:35

I like it.

The USA psycho cop show theme would be playing in my head if I met a child called Dexter, but I do like it Grin

Thingymajigs · 29/06/2013 16:37

WhoBU · 29/06/2013 23:14

Its great. The Dexter I know in real life is well fit.

sleepingbeautiful · 29/06/2013 23:32

I know 2 under one. I think it's a bit too surnamey for me, and not even a classic sounding surname.

DaveMccave · 29/06/2013 23:52

I really loved it 7 years ago before I knew I was having a dd. everyone detested it an was aghast. Then Charlotte church used it and there was the tv series, and it has become more and more popular over the years. I still like it but its too popular for me now. My other boys name choice was Casper, which interestingly has also started to increase in popularity recently.

Happymum22 · 30/06/2013 00:24

Reminds me of the guy from 'One Day'. But i like it!

No, really dislike surname names. It doesn't even sound nice.
