Would you name a baby after a brand of chocolate?

This is slightly hypothetical, but....

My family has Estonian roots and was looking at Estonian names. My favourite boys name is Kalev however it is a popular brand/make of chocolates. Would that put you off?

I highly doubt I will name a non English name but interested to hear opinions.

That's fine!

Cadbury is a girl name IMHO. Caddie or Addie as a nickname.

Also, I LOVE Ferrero as a name.

Flake for a girl?

Twix?

I don't see anything wrong with it. People name their sons Felix in the UK despite it being a brand of cat food. And name their daughters Flora despite is being a brand of butter substitute.

I don't think many in the UK would have heard the name Kalev before never mind know it's a brand of chocolate. Smile

exit you could go retro with Marathon?

I can't believe no one has suggested Nestlé (not that they do good chocolate except kit kats )

OP I like your name choice

Is it nice chocolate?

I thought you were going to say Milo; quite a popular name despite it being a chocolate drink.

I'm dying to know the bodyspray name.

Yeah they are lovely chocolate. They are quite posh looking with paintings of Tallinn on the box. I'm presuming they are only available in Estonia but may on sale in the neighbouring countries.
