Josie (full name Josephine)?

I'm really keen on this name, my dh is put off by 'Josie Jump' in Balamory but I think the programme will be outdated by the time she starts school (I'm sure it's only repeates on Cbeebies now?!).

Do you think it's a popular name at the moment (which would make it a no no) and do you like it?

I'm a Josie and I love it! Def pronounced Jo-see not jo-zee.

Have had a few Josie Jump comments over the years (there is one in the game 'Happy Families' as well- The Ballamory one wasn't around when I was little) but its never bothered me at all- Josie Jump is a great nickname as nicknames go!
