Can you give us examples of the names she likes? And out of interest why does it have to begin with a T?

Tamar instead of Tamara
and Tasia - short for Anastasia.

Why are you asking for new names for your sister's newborn when she apparently already has a couple she likes?

Tayla
Tiana (or, if you can persuade her to use a longer, more formal name, Tatiana)

These are not to my taste (other than Tatiana), but are existing names.
