Emma?

I have been reading previous posts and the comments range from 'dated' to 'classic'. There were quite a few Emmas in my school so I don't see it as new and fresh but I really like it and think it stands the test of time which is what we want. What do you think?

When I was pregnant with DC1 this was my DH's top name for a girl. I discounted it because I thought it was a bit dull.

However, since then I've changed my mind. I think it's a beautiful, classic name and if we have a second DD it will most likely be an Emma.

I'm a huge fan of classic, timeless - and dare I say it, safe names. I'll save my more quirky names for the dog!

I don't like Emma as a name, but I agree it's a classic.
