It's a compromise between names exp and I can agree on.

Any thoughts?

Knew a Tiernan at school, he was endearingly mental. It has good connotations for me so I like it!

Meh. They say a camel is a horse designed by committee.

Do either of you actually love it?

I like it alot when said with an Irish accent (which none of us have) but I'm not sure it sounds so nice in a Brummie accent Grin

I don't love it, but names I do like (Rhuiri/Rory and Breandon) exp hates them and has offered up Padraigh (Par-dric) Murray, Murphy and Finnbar.

I have a friend called Tieran not Tiernan, he's lovely Smile

Kiernan is very close to a family name, which also rhymes with Tieran and wouldn't sound right when both boys were together. Nice names though Smile
