Siblings with same initial?

I'm due in May and don't like any girl names! Arrgh!

The one I do sort of like starts with an S, as does my son's. How big of a deal is this?

I've always been slightly against this as I plan to have more and feel it's a bit strange for two siblings to have the same initial and one not...like they're left out or something. I realize that may be my own strange issue!

Thoughts?

Sophia is lovely, just don't have another DD called Lauren as my friend does.

If you've only got two children I don't think it matters in the least. If you have any more then I think it becomes too much of a gimmicky theme.
