I've posted in the past for ideas and thoughts but have a few more from DS which I love but am not sure I'm brave enough to use!

Background: we have a big scottishy double barrelled surname, and we have Alec and Hugh already. We don't know what this baby is so are looking at boy or girl options.

Anyway, are
Artemis Double-Barrell
Athena Double-Barrell

too silly?

Boys names in the mix are Angus, Magnus, Sholto, with the family middle name of Carter.

....or Ineeze?/Inese?

I like all your names and suggestions, except Angus.
Anyone not keen on an Angus can very easily just leave out the G....

I think sholto carter sounds ok actually

Ophelia
Dahlia

Lennard
Jared
Teodor

We all like Ophelia but I'm a bit put off by the tragic connotations, I could probably get past that though. I also like Xanthe which is nice and short with the epic surname.

Hector or Gregor are also on the list and Magnus is off - thanks for the Magnus Carter heads up. Smile

Can I vote for Sholto?! I know a little Sholto and he's lovely. I think it's a nice strong, classy and classic name.
