kitty, emilia or flo?

What do you think? And that's flo instead of florence. Any ideas on middle names with these too?

good grief - these were the EXACT top three names we had in mind for DC2 if it was a girl. love all of them! would have had a florrie though and not a flo (family name)..

Love Kitty. I know a beautiful little girl called Kitty.

Amelia/emilia is quite popular now, as is Flo, whuch often makes me think of that cartoon Andy Capp!

Flo on its own is ridiculous. Florence yes, nickname Flo, fine.

Kitty fine if nickname for Catherine.

Emilia by far the prettiest of your names and would suit both child and adult. Can't say the same for Kitty and Flo.

Flo is one of the daftest names I've seen on here, and thats saying something.
You realise the baby will grow up to be an adult person? Would you want to go around being called Flo?

Emilia / Amelia, absolute no for me (can't get over the medical connection, sorry... being a Nurse just spoils some things!!)

Kitty - Cute. I know someone with Kitty as a mn and it works nicely.

Flo - would assume it is a nn, and would think DC would spend the rest of her life justifying it iyswim.

Betsy - again I would assume a nn, but would put it at the top with Kitty.

Emilia and Kitty are great - I do prefer Katherine/Kitty, but Kitty alone is still lovely.

Betsy is definately just a nickname to me, I'd definitely assume she was an Elizabeth. Sorry. I still really like this option though.

Flo is too tied to monthlies for me. Would you consider a Flora/Flo if you're really not a Florence fan?

Emilia - Yes
Kitty - Yes, but with the back stop of Katherine as the full name.
Flo - no, Flora - Yes
