Have you ever heard of this name? How would you pronounce it? What would you think of a boy named Caio?

I'm trying to figure out if it is a possible name in the UK or if I should just give up...

Caio a welsh name pronounced Kai-oh, quite popualr and considered probably quite a modern welsh name.

I know it as a Chinese surname.

Oh I like Linus too. I wish DH had beter taste in names, i.e. My taste in names:)
