Though not Irish, I live in Ireland now (single mum) and am trying to shortlist middle names for my baby at 34 weeks pregnant! This is the list I have so far, i would appreciate any feedback on whether you think 'Teagan' better suits a boy/ girl. I don't want to give the whole name away here, but first name I have chosen is unisex and one syllable.
Boys:
Donncha (don-acka)
Eirnin/ Eirnan (air-nin)
Teagan (tea-gin)
Girls:
Aislinn (ash-lin)
Teagan (tea-gin)
Teresa (te-ray-sa)
Please feel free to suggest your own too - I am keen on two syllables and not too worried about difficult spelling for the middle name.
Personally, I like the sound of Donncha, really like Eirnin (which has a family connection too) and love Teagan for either sex.
Thanks!!!
