Twinnie names - opinions please...

Hello all,

We are expecting twin girls and have finally decided on names after DH and I spending the last few months disagreeing (who knew it would be so hard!!). Sooo.... the names we have chosen are (no middle names yet):

Inés
Violet

DH is British and I'm French; we wanted a name from each nationality hence Inés as the more 'exotic' choice. Our DDs will have a long double-barrelled last name, do you think they will go well with these first names? (last name's initials are O-C). We also have an older DD called Olivia, if it makes any difference.

Anyway, your opinions would be much appreciated. Also suggestions for middle names would be great.

Thanks a lot!
Eva

Thank you for all your suggestions and lovely comments. We are now 100% using these names, thank you so much for reassuring us!

Welovesausagedogs- no offense taken! Who knows, Inés and Violet might be the new Olivia in ten years time!

Re. middle names, I really love Inés Rose. I love a lot of the other suggestions too but with the long double-barrelled last name they are going to have, I think it would be a good idea to use a really short middle name for both... otherwise they might run out of spaces when filling out forms in the future ;)

Always liked Bay or Rae for middle name but unfortunately I don't think they go well with Inés/Violet at all :( .... any other suggestions along those lines?

Thanks all again, loving all your suggestions
Eva

Violet Rae could work and Ines Mae definitely works

We know a Violette Plum and then had a double barral surname.
