A long list of boy names!

We are expecting a baby boy in August and are starting to pull together some name lists. We have one name that we both love, Rex, but it doesn't quite feel like a fit right now but maybe that is because he is not here yet if you see what I mean!

Would love your opinions on the following:

Names I love and DH likes:

Nye
Wilfred
Thaddeus

Names DH loves and I like:

Arthur
George
Henry

Names we both like but neither loves:

Rufus
Vaughn
Douglas
Elias
Barnaby
Albert
Stanley

Sorry but I can't pick anything I like at all from your lists. I guess you have very different tastes from me.
Have you tried what goes best with your surname?

I really like Thaddeus, Elias, Aneurin and Vincent - great underused classics!

Love Thaddeus (although you'd have to be brave to use it, as it is quite grand!) and Elias.

Arthur, Henry and Stanley are nice, and Albert is sweet - I love the nn Alby.

The rest are not my cup of tea. Vaughn is vile.

Aneurin is marvellous, love it.
