Angharad is correctly pronounced with a 'ng' sound like in 'ping' -ang- harad. (ng is a Welsh letter, it has it's own place in our alphabet and everything!)
Also, it's more common for Gwen to be a name in it's own right and not a shortening of Gwendolen/Gwendolyn, Gwenhwyfar or Gwenllian. Gwenno is another pretty name.

Ceiwyn? Never heard of that one, Artic, though any name with -wyn is unlikely to be female as girls' names end in -wen is the feminine and -wyn is masculine. Though there has been some variation on this, as in Bronwyn (which is based on Bronwen)

I have a baby Nia, I also loved Non. My niece is Elin and both girls have Mari as a middle name. I like Menna too and Rhiannon. I thought that Cadi was pronounced Caddy as well, perhaps there are regional differences.

Aaaah right Arctic. For a girl it should be Ceinwen, which is a Welsh girls' name meaning pretty fair one.
Cadi is definitely Caddy.
