Sooo, does anyone have a suggestion as to which of the 1000s of existing nicknames (or even a made up one) I can use for her which will satisfy my longing for a bit more of a boho-feeling name?

Love Libby and given you liked the name liberty that seems like an obvious choice

Betty (think Betty Boo) or even Betty Boo then shorten to Boo, or Libby.
