I like Ross.

3isamagicnumber · 01/12/2011 16:28

Not for me - just makes me think 'Friends' !!

petitdonkey · 01/12/2011 16:30

I can't say I love it- my friend's boyfriend is called Ross and I always think it should be short for something so end up calling him Rossifer! (he's a really lovely chap though)

AnotherMincepie · 01/12/2011 16:56

It's OK - I've met a couple of quite nice Rosses.

DrNortherner · 01/12/2011 16:57

I always think it's really difficult to say for those with a speech impediment. Sorry!

Kayzr · 01/12/2011 16:58

No. XH's name. Not that you have to worry about that.

Love it.

Lovely, would use if dd2 turns out to be ds1. I've never seen Friends so don't have the association. And I'm very old, so Ross is Poldark to me :)

MerryMarigold · 02/12/2011 10:27

Bit 80's (well people born in 70's) to me. Lots of Ross's when I was I was at school.

teddiegoestopeckham · 03/12/2011 23:15

I like it

nooka · 04/12/2011 05:46

Brings to mind Ross Kemp to me, so I'm afriad the association is that Ross = thug.
