Here is our shortlist for DC2. We do not know if we are having a boy or girl(though I'm quite certain it's a boy, but we'll see!)

Middle names are family names - Margaret, after my sister, and Jack after FIL

Hugh (DH favourite though won't be able to use the middle name as all I can think of is 'Hugh Jackman'. DH doesn't like Hugo)
Samuel Jack
Angus Jack
Lewis Jack [my favourite (after my ultimate favourite Joseph, which DH veoted]
Louis Jack
Heath Jack

Camille Margaret
Charlotte Margaret (has always been my favourite girls name though I'm having doubts given how popular it is)
Alice Margaret
Louisa Margaret (DH's favourite, I also am quite keen)
Brigitte Margaret

Other suggestions are VERY welcome!

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I am now convinced that Louisa Margaret is the one, but am glad we really like Alice and Camille aswell in case I have some hormonal change of mind! Given the pronounciation queries, Bridget is out and I agree Charlotte sounds too similar to Margaret.

Now just to work on DH - I know Hugh doesnt go with Jack but given it's the favourite and DH is really keen to name after FIL, am trying to convince him to go with Hugh Alexander - DH is Alexander and is also FIL middle name, so I think that's fair!!

DigOfTheChristmasTreeStump would you believe all the names you suggested are already in our family! Pity as I like them all.

Might be worth considering your surname. Hugh Jack = Huge Ac...

Hugh Alexander much nicer than Hugh Jack.

Samuel or Louisa

Hugh (DH favourite though won't be able to use the middle name as all I can think of is 'Hugh Jackman'. DH doesn't like Hugo)- Ok a bit too "now".
Samuel Jack - Nice enough but remoinds me of Samuel Jackson
Angus Jack _ not keen on this.
Lewis Jack [my favourite (after my ultimate favourite Joseph, which DH veoted] - Like this.
Louis Jack _ Probably my favourite
Heath Jack - No doesn't sound right to me somehow.

Camille Margaret - ok
Charlotte Margaret (has always been my favourite girls name though I'm having doubts given how popular it is) - go with this classic name and your favourite.
Alice Margaret - a bit old lady.
Louisa Margaret (DH's favourite, I also am quite keen) - My second choice after Charlotte.
Brigitte Margaret - quite nice.

Samuel and Louisa are my favourites :) I also really like Lois as an alternative
