Only like Georgia.
Someone famous has a Coco - Courteny Cox possibly? As that's the only one I can think of it might sound like you are copying her.

My sister has a dog called Willow and a cat called Coco. Sorry, that doesn't help, does it?

Carmen = rollers.
Ruby = Kaiser Chiefs. Perhaps a bit over-popular at the moment?

I'd go for Savannah, I think.

To be honest, Georgia is the only one that I like at all.

Carmen - my Mum's heated rollers when I was a little girl! Also makes me laugh to think of Carmen Miranda with all that fruit on her head! See
Savannah - African grassland - too National Geographic
Willow - male dwarf in film of that name (great film!) See

Scarlett - Being a 'scarlet woman' is not a compliment. Scar for short is ugly.
Ruby - Still an old lady name to me, can't understand how it got so popular.
Coco - family dog / Coco Pops

Each to their own, but it sometimes helps to know the negative connotations that other people will have before we choose our DCs names.

Carmen - Love. One of my own choices.
Ruby - I like this, but it's extremely chavvy where I live.
Scarlett
Georgia - Like, but an experience with a chubby 2yo puts me off it.

Coco - This is not a name. Before celebrities got a hold on it it was only ever seen on cutesy cartoon characters, and that's where it should stay imo.

Although, I only really like the top three.

Carmen is the nicest, the other name are extremely common popular at the moment, I love Coco, but do agree that it requires a formal/grown up version

I know a lovely Carmen which would put that as top of the list, but to be honest I'm not very keen on any of your choices. Coco is definitely a nn although I can't think of any names that it would be a natural nn for.

Ruby is very sweet but incredibly popular now.

1 Willow (DD2's middle name - I love it!)
2 Carmen (nn Coco but would be a shame to shorten Carmen to anything else really)
3-4 Scarlett/Ruby (nice, but too popular for me)
5 Savannah (meh)
6 Georgia (I don't like this one)
7 Coco (cute nn, but not as a given name)

Love Carmen. Scarlett is ok and all the others are really not to my taste. Georgia and especially Ruby are too overused too.

Savannah - my older girl's name. Was less common 8 yrs ago but still love it
Willow - i like it, very cute
Georgia - i know lots of lovely Georgia's, never met a nasty one
Carmen - don't like it unless you have Spanish/Hispanic blood
Coco - Sounds like a boy's name to me
Ruby - not keen
Scarlett - used to hate it, now know a very sweet Scarlett so warming to it slowly

Ruby - I hate the name Ruby but only because I know a Ruby who I absolutly loathe so its ruined for me forever.
