Am new to this but have been observing the threads for inspiration! We currently have ds and dd and am pregnant with dc3 - only 15 weeks so time yet but like to be prepared. We are sorted for girls names but struggling with boys - and am convinced it is a boy based on my two VERY different pregnancies! Ds1 is called Henry. We love traditional names and I don't mind popularity but would rather avoid top ten. I love the name Hugo but want different initials for Dcs so have ruled it out- this is our shortlist, along with my reservations.... None of them stick out like Henry did :-( opinions and suggestions welcome :-)

George - dh suggestion, not mad keen, too popular for my liking and know of about three families with "Henry and George"

Charles/Charlie - dh again likes v much but is one if ds' middle names (as it's a family name) and also v v popular

Frederick - a family name, like a lot, popular around us. Less concerned about that than whether Freddie a bit "twee"... Not sure I like Fred and wondering about when he is older

Wilfred - was on our shortlist for dc2 who turned out to be dd. Think I really like it (!) but mire different and need to get my head round the playground test. Like wilf, wilfie and Freddie... But is it too old fashioned?

Thanks!

Please don't name him Wilfred!!! I understand the older names becoming popular again but that's just crossing the line...
