Hello all,

I am pregnant with DC2 and it was confirmed at the 20wk scan that he is definitely a boy.

DH and I have been discussing names and we have whittled it down to a shortlist of 3 names. They are:

Oscar
Ruben
Elijah

Any opinions would be gratefully received - thanks Smile

Reuben / Ruben - by quite a long way for me. lovely name.
as other's have said Oscar's ok but a bit boring. Elijah - ok too, in fact I could get used to it. just a bit odd at first. but the more I say it the more I like it. I certianly like Eli for short

Ruben is my favourite

Thought I would update this post...

DD's incessent whining pleading won out in the end - Oscar William James was born 19 days ago. He is absolutely gorgeous and his name really suits him, there are some photos on my profile!

Oscar is my favourite from your list! Congrats - lovely name :)

Elijah is lovely.

Ruben is nice.

Oscar/Ossie is dull and overused imo.

sorry, I hadn't read all the responses so hadn't realised you'd already named him Blush. Congratulations!
