Hi,

I am new to this site, but thought I would suggest a few anyway.

Hazel Rebekah (my girls choice 1st time, but had Joshua)
Nyah Grace (2nd time - had Ethan)
Meredyth Leigh (3rd time - had Owen)

Also liked Evangeline, Sorrel, Athalia, Olethea, but dh is a bit traditional in his tastes.

I also think Peony would make a lovely name as it is such a pretty flower!

sansouci · 21/09/2005 10:04

we should have a permanent MN topic called Names for girls & boys.

PeachyClair · 22/09/2005 18:26

As per usual, thought ooh Peony love peonies (all my family grow pwonies taken from my Grandmother's garden), then thought- peony peach? Maybe not.

poppyh · 23/09/2005 09:31

DD is Lola.If I have another girl I like Esme,Violet and Primrose.

pinkmagic1 · 23/09/2005 09:38

If DS had been a girl he would have been 'Yasmin' or 'Leila'. I also like 'Ayisha'.

sweetkitty · 23/09/2005 10:03

good thread I'm convinced bump no 2 is a girl and DP and I cannot for the life of us even half agree on a name

DD has our favourite name Abigail feel a bit sad that DD(2) may have a second favourite, our other preferred name was Caitlin but DP not keen

I loved Amelia shortened to Millie but then realised with her surname she would be Millie Reid (millipede ) so back to the drawing board.

I like so far:
Leonie
Caitlin
Isabella
Olivia
Charlotte

Oh theres nothing thats jumping out at me either getting bit anxious about it, in some ways I wish this baby had a penis then it's name would be sorted!

dyzzidi · 23/09/2005 14:08

I like the following names for my DD. I'm 25 wks and we cannot agree on any of them

Brooke
Piper
Robyn
Logan
Reese
Parker
Renee
Darcy

I don't think me and DH will ever agree My favourite is Piper but nobody else in the whole family likes it.

sweetkitty · 23/09/2005 14:37

Well e-mailed DP with some suggestions on there and he phoned me back to say we seem to have a hit with Leonie but without the e so Leoni. Can't believe there is a name we both like, now to decide on a middle name...........
