Would like suggestions for a three syllable girl's name

We have a single syllable surname, so I am looking for a longish first name. I have already picked middle names: ?Anwen Jean? (Anwen is Welsh, meaning ?very beautiful? and DH is of Welsh extraction, Jean is the name of my Granny, who was just lovely) and want a three syllable first name that will go with these names.

The only suitable names on my shortlist that haven?t been vetoed by DH are Eleanor, Emily and Isabel. Would welcome opinions on these, or suggestions for alternatives.

The three you have suggested are the three that immediately popped into my head to advise against. So popular they've become noises instead of names.

I'm not sure that ending in an A before Anwen flows very well.

Rosalind
Miriam?

Wow, what a great response. I'll have to sift some of them out that have already been used by friends and family, but there are some really good ones here (some of which were on my long list, but DH didn't like). I think Catherine could be a good one to put to the household vote as DH tends to favour plainer names (although I'm not sure if he should even get a vote, as he hasn't come up with any suggestions of his own, is just scathing about most of my suggestions!).

Suggestions I like a lot so far are:
Sophia
Juliet
Caroline
Susanna
Beatrice
Harriet
Eloise

Thanks for your input. We have got another two weeks to go before baby's due, but I would like to have a short list we agree on before we get to the hospital.

Thanks for the link MrsvWoolf. That's a serious name search engine. I don't think I'm going to get much else done this afternoon... Wink

Wow, there are loads. I love Catherine and Jennifer the most.

I wanted a 3-syllable name too, we went with Bethany in the end but Stephanie, Natalie and Juliet were also in the running.
