Yes, I like it and think it's due a revival

ValiumSingleton · 01/08/2010 18:41

I don't dislike it. I think yay.

Colliecross · 01/08/2010 19:35

DF just said Eric is slang for a hard on!

moonminmama · 01/08/2010 19:36

I like it. Have NEVER heard of a hard on being called an eric lol

PfftTheMagicDragon · 01/08/2010 19:46

If we are naming after vampires I prefer Edward

Colliecross · 01/08/2010 19:48

Maybe that's just his hard on then!

SherbetDibDab · 01/08/2010 19:50

belgo · 01/08/2010 20:30

I know a baby Eric! And I read about another baby Eric in the news recently, so getting more popular, inexplicably.

What about Frederick, Eric for short? Frederick is far nicer.

Sequins · 01/08/2010 20:32

No because Freddie is getting a bit overused.

CouldOfWouldOfShouldOf · 01/08/2010 20:33

Is Bananaman.

ProfessorLaytonIsMyLoveSlave · 01/08/2010 20:34

I know a toddler Eric. When he was born I was a bit (quietly, to myself) but now it's really grown on me. I think it could be overdue a revival.

NoahAndTheWhale · 01/08/2010 20:35

I know an Erik who is nearly 3

Fenouille · 01/08/2010 20:35

I'd say "yay". It's quite popular over here (France) where the nickname is Rico. All the Eric's I know are great fun as well.

teaandcakeplease · 01/08/2010 20:35

I really like Eric, it's my DS's middle name actually but as a first name I like it too.
