Baby monitor recommendations

We are looking for a baby monitor that has a parent unit and also app so we can view from our phones. So far we’ve tried a Motorola and Momcozy and had issues with both. Momcozy started crapping out after less than two months!

Any reliable baby monitors ???? I didn’t think baby monitors would be so complicated

This is the one I have, and so do several friends. It's a bit pricey, but the camera is great and the monitor that we have in our living room has a great quality image. You can link it to an app so you have it on your phone (however I chose this one because you can turn off the WiFi!)

I've had it about 10 months now, no issues. My other favourite feature is it displays the temperature of the room the camera is in, which I find really handy.

The best baby monitor I’ve ever had was the BT 6000 by miles, but they don’t sell them anymore. I bought another one for my most recent baby from eBay second hand 😂 We also have a VTech one that we got brand new for around £80 that’s been okay, it’s not as good as the BT one, but fine.

My VTECH one similar to the one posted above has been rubbish! Battery is absolutely terrible on it so constantly has to be plugged in and it disconnects a lot and struggles to find a connection.

Our other one which is much more basic and doesn’t have an app etc is miles better at staying connected and retaining battery and basically doing the job it’s required to do.

We have a basic Hello Baby one. Don't get one that can go on the Wifi, it can be hacked.

Agree with the other poster the bt 6000

5 years in now and it’s going to my sister for her baby this summer

you can’t take it on holidays -
no WiFi needed just plug in and away it goes.
