Why do I feel so rubbish?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but I'm beginning to feel at a loss with my symptoms. I am awaiting blood tests and an ECG tomorrow but can't figure out what is making me feel so bad.

For reference, I fainted last week which is something I haven't done since childhood. Since then, I've felt lightheaded, constantly faint and can't stand up for more than a few minutes. I'm constantly nauseous and can barely eat - I haven't eaten an actual meal in 3 days because I just can't stomach it. The scales are saying I've lost almost a stone in a week. My IBS seems to be playing up at the moment too - lots of stomach cramps and needing the toilet.

I did see a doctor last week after the fainting episode. My BP wasn't particularly low but it dropped significantly from lying down to standing hence the further testing.

I'm not looking for a diagnosis. Just searching to see if anyone has felt the same and found something to help them feel better.

Sounds horrible OP. I hope they get to the bottom of it all and sort it soon.

POTS?

Thanks for replying. It's looking like that's the route they're going down!

Coeliac disease? In Britain medical staff seem largely unaware of how it can manifest outside of digestive issues - aphasia, confusion, fainting etc. I was misdiagnosed with IBS for a long time till I saw a GP who was much more familiar with CD (Irish background - there’s a huge genetic component)

@ColdWaterTherapy it's interesting you say that because I was diagnosed with IBS nearly 15 years ago and that was the end of it. I've always suffered but just learned to manage it myself.

I would 2nd coeliacs also as a potential here.
