The autoimmune wheel of fortune

I have many symptoms, but none that nice and neatly fit me into a category so I got a diagnosis of mixed connective tissue disease - as I understand it the waiting room till it becomes clearer where you fit.
In among all this I have been a fainter and had low blood pressure all my life. No one even seemed bothered and just laughed and said lucky for your heart: Not fun when every time you stand up you have to be careful you don't faint.
Now I have been diagnosed with 1st degree heart block on routine health screening - as understand it rare in the under 60s and can be associated with SLE.
I have had increased pain over the last few years, but that got put down to fibro as I seemed to meet the criteria.
Currently really awful hip pain, intermittent pain around the joints, fatigue and intermittent diarrhoea.
My thyroid is currently fine. I also have pernicious anaemia.
I am aware that 1st degree block can be caused by lupus. I am currently taking hydroxycholoroquine, but don't feel it helps as much as it used to.
Anyone any experience?

Late to respond but how long have you been on it? I started taking it and was already it can take at least 3 months. I just realised that it must be having some affect as fatigue isn't as extreme.

Autoimmunes are complex as symptoms vary and I was told you rarely have just one condition as AI "hunt in packs"

Been on it on and off for 17 years. I already have quite a pack MCT, pernicious anaemia, viteligo and fibro.
