British meal ideas after years in Aus

A relative is visiting the UK having moved to Aus in the 1960's. She has visited the UK over those years and the last time was pre-covid. I realise this is very individual but what meal would you like me to cook? Any specific ingredients/veg/dessert that aren't as popular or easy to get in Aus?

Obviously, OZ relative is used to going out first thing in the morning armed with a Machete, hacking their way through jungle, dispatching highly venomous snakes every which way, wrestling a Kangaroo to the ground and wringing its neck before hanging, disembowelling, making sausages from said innards before getting into top of the range 4x4 and trundling off to one of the 5 Supermarkets within two mile radius. As long as you you ensure they have Tim Tams to hand to curb their home sickness, a Didgeridoo / Boomerang and an original Rolf Harris canvas (you can source remarkably cheaply these days - 'see what I did there?!') I'm sure they'll be fine and appreciative before heading for, nearest authentic Indian restaurant.
