A&C supplies for 2yo on line

I've recently realised that a few paints and bits of pasta aren't enough for dd (21 months) and I need to stock up on some more arts and crafts gear.

She's really enjoyed making big pictures recently with sponges and sticking bits on. She's also getting into plastacine etc.

Any suggestions for what I should get and where on line I can order from?

Many thanks

My DD, now 7, has been into all sorts of arty craft messy stuff since she was tiny, and mostly loved doing things with old wrapping paper, foil, cardboard boxes, shells we had collected, that sort of thing. I also always save any ribbons or interesting trimmings from any presents or posh packaging. There is really no point in buying expensive art materials for toddlers, but sometimes the specialist places are cheaper for basic paints, glue, brushes etc.

You could try The Works which is a chain of discount book shops that also does lots of art & craft material. Or Hobbycraft. Even better if you can go for a browse around, but the online ranges look quite good. Or pound shops are often good for paper, glitter and so on.

That's really helpful thank you.

Wilkinsons has some fairly cheap stuff like glitter, assorted coloured card etc.

if you wanted to stock up the cupboard you could order from baker ross (sorry not got time to find the link) they have fantastic crafty stuff

The bits we have are from Wilkos. Placed a rather large order with one of the places exexpat suggested so I'll see how we get on with that. Will look at Baker Ross now - thanks.
