I have 5 weeks to make
1 changing bag for my pregnant friend
Nappy holder, tissue holder, wet bags for same
Newborn hat
Baby bunny blanket thing (baby due in 3 weeks)
2 pencil and pad totes
2 superhero crochet eye masks (DD1's friends birthdays)
6 pairs fingerless gloves for christmas presents (2 for boys, rest for girls)
4 wristlets
1 christmas stocking
1 christmas robin

Not to mention cooking sweets for family.

(all the christmas stuff is to hand over to my fmaily at our annnual christmas get together in 5 weeks)

Then before christmas I have to make more sweets (what a chore) 2 small handbags, 3 wristlet bags.

DD's need new hats, gloves and scarves that I refuse to buy as I can make them but don't have time!

Am exhausted just thinking about it.
And I want a new cloche crochet hat, a new bag made out of a child's kimono I found, a wristlet and some fingerless gloves as well.

Make me feel better?

I have been ill so have managed to start another 3 pairs of wristlets and then not finished any of thema s I don't like the pattern.

I am currently making a hat. Which I don't like already even though it has taken me a few hours.

I really shouldn;t do anything when I am sick

I have decided to make christmas presents for the first time this year, I am hoping to make:

6 kids patchwork cushions with names appliqued on
8 make up bags
5 tote shopping bags

I've completed 2 cushions this week, the first took me 10 hours, the second 6 hours. I've cut out the makeup bags. I work full time, have 2 children and do most of my sewing between 10pm and 1am!!

Does anyone else wish they'd started a few months ago!?!

Well, I have changed ideas for some but have finished

3 hats, 2 pairs of wristwarmers...um...and that's it.

But in my defence am waiting for new yarn to arrive tomorrow to finish 2 more hats.
And then I need to get the scissors and sewing machine out...
