Sorry if it has already been organized but I think it would be fun to send a wee parcel (that is if the post is not on strike) With home made goodies to someone ho would appreciate

oh! I had sent a mail on the address you have above and also I CAT you, I will try again, could you please let me know if you do get my address because I would really like to do the swap.
To answer miamla: I was trying to explain to
jackbaur that I ws not offended, just surprised because I am new to this site and I am not used how you work things out here and since no one had posted for some time I was thinking that the idea had "fallen in the water" as we say in french and suddenly I saw that everything was rolling on. That is all I am not here to make problems just to enjoy myself. I do not mind at al that JackBauer is organizing the swap as it will be less responsability for me :O And now I am happily waiting for instructions of where to send my parcel and what options we have to put in the parcel. Night Night

DidEinsteinsMum, it was a regular thing on here and I think we are hoping we can start it up again so I am sure someone (whether me or someone else) will start another one soon after christmas.

mamandomi...ah ha, i see! i understand how you thought the idea had 'fallen in the water' (great expression!) What wasn't clear from the start on here, is that most of us were on a halloween swap and as that was drawing to a close (postal strikes etc meant that it went on a bit after halloween), we'd started discussing a christmas swap on the halloween thread.

as jack said, its all good! welcome to the crazy world of mn swaps!

Are we going to a type of thing or keep it fairly open with just a Christmas theme? I know this has been discussed, has it been decided?

Am wondering about getting started - I'm not the fastest crafter!

So far general consensus has been to keep it as a Christmas theme so as not to constrict people's skills/abilities etc (although I am sure you are all being far too modest having seen some of the stuff produced)

If anyone's lurking then sign up's will close on Monday and I will email out picks over the next week before Friday......

I am so organised.

You shoudl have all had an email with your pickee's name and address on, some of you haven;t sent me your address's yet so send them asap and I will forward them.

So get crafting, post any info you feel might help your picker on here. (like you are allergic to any colours....)

Let me know if I didn;t email you as well, although I am trying to be little miss organised this time around.

I'll update blog later, but have had too much wine to cope with the logging in and out of accounts it requires!
