Don't know if I should put this here or in food, but can anyone make a millenium falcon cake or recommend someone who can?

ds is 4 at the end of this month and i've done my usual shockingly disorganised thing and realised I havent thought about a cake for him. was going to just buy one from asda what with me being the least domestic person ever, but thought I'd take a long shot and see if anyone is clever enough to make me a millenium falcon cake, or well-connected enough to know someone who can.

pretty please? anything to not spend early may chewing on bits of Thomas icing again!

ive just googled this. there are lots of amazing cakes out there! afraid i can't offer to make one but if it was me, i'd give it a shot, using one of the guides that turn up online...

Try put a call out for ComeOveneer. She makes fab cakes.

If you are in London, there is a patisserie in East Sheen that makes any birthday cake you want.

Give it a shot. I made ds an X-wing cake a couple of years ago and that involved bleedin' supports for the wings! It was totally 3-d.

Millenium Falcon - the issue would be the icing rather than the cake-shape right? You can cut out all the awkward shapes and stick them together with butter-icing to create the whole.

Don't think you could butter ice the whole tho, would need to do fondant icing in grey, then draw in the details and widgets with a black icing 'paint' pen. I think.

It is polish, kristynas cakes, or something. Has made my childrens cakes every year for a few years.
