I will be making cinnamon stars and fudge to give as Christmas gifts. Can anyone suggest where I might buy presentation bags or boxes please? TIA

I gave brownies in boxes last year, which cost a fortune , and I decided jars would be better this year.
(Gooey foods/icing don't mix well ime.)
Haven't looked for any yet, though.

Could you pop them in a screw top jar and wrap in cellophane, with a little ribbon and tag? That would look nice.

Lakeland do Christmas gift bags - www.lakeland.co.uk/christmas-gift-bags/F/C/kitchenideas/C/kitchenideas-storing-preserving/C/storing- preserving-food-bags/product/1484

Somebody else asked this question a few weeks ago. I suggested wrapping them in cellophane and then popping the bags inside a cheap mug. She liked the idea iirc.

Otherwise Lakeland sell cellophane bags, which would be lovely with a bit of curling ribbon and a homemade gift tag.

Thanks so much.

I'm doing fudge this year and if you typre "Cello bags" into Ebay it should come up with cellophane bags to put things into.
I've got myself some and some nice ribbon to decorate.

I would suggest, going to ikea and buying there little glass jars with lids (like canning jars) .. they are 99p and would look lovely with fudge/chocolates or cookies in.. with a bit of ribbon or fabric to decorate.. I used them last year to send out some reindeer food that my DS and I made together.. I also sent a friend some cinnamon sugar in the same sort of jar... for cinnamon toast... she loved it..

Thanks. The reindeer food sounds delicious.

puzz-- DS and his little friends all loved it and loved making it.. and they actually ate it even though it was full of healthy seeds nuts and raisins.. you can also be naughty and add chocolate chips once cooled!
