Sewists: what do you make from scraps/remnants/small pieces of fabric

I'm looking for more things to sew (while i come to terms with my new body shape and am resistant to making clothes).

I use small scraps (must be at least 7cm x 7cm of towelling and cotton fabric to make reusable make-up wipes. I make a small fabric basket thing to put them in, and a tulle (sp?) bag for storing used ones/putting in the washing machine

Bigger scraps
I've made bunting in the past, but I'm all buntinged up now
zippered box pouches, have made a fair few for people (requires zipper and fusible wadding)
bowl cosies (fusible wadding needed)
bigger fabric baskets (eg in the bathroom to hold 2 spare toilet rolls
tote bags - gosh so many and a few different styles (some reversible, some fold in to a pocket etc)
shoe-bag style rucksacks (with inner zippered welt pocket, and larger outer zippered welt pocket)
i use a lot of scraps to make reusable gift bags

is there anything else i can make, that is either useful for me (or others) or would be good for a small (or larger) gift? I'm getting a bit bored of all those now.

Tbh I don't bother. I have so much fabric and so many things I want to sew I don't have the time or energy to worry about scraps

If you really want to use them then patchwork is the way to go.

I've made eye masks (with varying success) and most recently a big pincushion and stuffed it with the tiny scraps. I had one of those tiny tomato pin cushions and it was annoyingly small, the one I made is the size of my palm and a good size for me.

I've also made patchwork square style cushion covers then stuffed the cover with scraps. Quite heavy cushions!

I keep larger scraps and have appliquéd onto shop bought clothes or used to make pockets, collars and cuffs for clothes too.

i made patchwork covers for the 3 big cushions on my IKEA sofabed, but never again. Also none of my scraps are really suitable, well, very few. They're all different types of fabric.

Good tip about pockets collars and cuffs, thanks. I need to make some pockets for shop-bought dresses, that might add a wee flash of interest (depending how i make them). thanks.

i did use to save all the offcuts and scraps with the intention of making and stuffing a cushion. But. Meh. Life really was too short for that humongous mountain!

oh i tried a few bucket hats. But I'm not really pleased with the outcome (2 are actually wearable tho) so if anyone has tips or a pattern I'm all ears.

Dollshouse quilts/tableclothes and curtains. I go and buy bags of craps from my local haberdashery. I make dollshouses and all the furniture in 1:24 scale.
