Card makers - recommendations for paper cutters please

Not happy with my current paper cutter, am looking for something that holds the paper well and cuts a nice sharp, accurate edge and is easy to line up. I saw one in a video demonstration a while back where something was flipped over to hold the paper and then a rotary trimmer to cut but cannot find the video again to try to find out the make.
Lots of results if I Google but don't want to make another mistake hence asking for recommendations.
Not sure how much is a reasonable amount to pay for something decent - maybe you could advise?
It's mainly for card making as a hobby, not professional. Thank you

I use guillotines that I buy in Lidl, does the job perfectly for me. I buy a new one every couple of years, as the blade inevitably becomes blunted.

Thanks @Joolsin I don't shop in Lidl very often as we have an Aldi a lot closer so would have to strike it lucky on one of my rare visits - although I could keep an eye on their special offers. Thanks again.

Does anyone recognise the type of cutter I mention in my OP?

Is it a Cutterpede? They sell them on one of the shopping channels. It's bright green and lights up alongside the cutting edge.

Woodware make a rotary style paper cutter, and you can change the straight blades to fancy ones. Much cheaper than the Cutterpede.

I have a Fiskars guillotine that takes a lot of space but works well.

Lately I have been doing a lot of watercolour painting cards that I mat and mount on the pre-made cards. I have been using die cutting sets of rectangles or squares as I am guaranteed straight lines and right angles, which are a challenge for me.
