Hello, I have some piccies of my new creations in my profile and would be happy if some of you lovely ladies would take a peep.

My sister in law wanted me to make a donkey/ pillow but it sort of came out looking like a neddy.

I was very conscious not to make it look like one of GingerMonkey's fab horses (my dd has a funky pink one) so hopefully I've achieved that.

I have had really good feedback & a couple of orders from friends and neighbours but you never quite know whether they are being kind or not. My sil is apparantly very chuffed with hers.

All the neddy's have different fabric front and back and some sort of applique.

yes it's going ahead, hubby is working on the technical aspects of putting the site together, I am currently working on getting the advertising and promotion of the site up and running.
We hope to have the site live in time for Christmas, but as hubby works full time and I am having my second child on Nov 5th who knows what might happen. Fingers crossed we get it up and running before DS is born!

So glad you and your dd like them. I have to keep my work room door closed as my 3.4 dd wants to play with them all the time.

Sizewise, they are approx 7" in width and 9" in height (ears to base). Just the right size to sit on a shelf or chest of drawers I found.

I am going to make larger ones too as I've had some interest. If you prefer something a bit bigger I can do that for you.

Hello. I thought I should come and poke my nose in too! They are lovely (of course, being a fellow horse maker I would say that!). And apart from the taggies idea are not like mine at all...so rest with ease!!! Have you had many orders yet? I think they will be very popular, and £10 is a bargain.

You can get a free store for WAHM's HERE They are really good, lots of stuff made by Mums - both yours and gingerbears products would look great on there!

thank you boring. I have got one there, but the set up pages are a pain in the bum so I haven't got round to listing anything!!!! My friend sells nappies and I think she does ok on it.

Just looked at that site Dontlookatme.... how the heck do you find anything? Still haven't figured out how to look for anything or view sellers things!?!?!! Our site will be very easy to use, no messy store front, very clean cut.
