Help! Is it possible to sew knitted seams together on a sewing machine?

I knit toys but hate sewing so putting them together is a nightmare, I'd like to be able to do some of it on a sewing machine if I can but not sure if this is possible, do they even make needles big enough for wool?

don't they just use cotton and a special type of needle that doesn't affect the wool, you couldn't have flat butt to butt seams though

Why don't you knit something and have a try? I think you can just use cotton thread for both bobbin and upper.
I don't do it, but had a friend who did it all the time.
Seems to me though that it is more suitable for long seams than for seams that are very fiddly.

If you hate sewing, why not try to knit the toys in the round?

I'm sure sewing knitted goods up on the sewing machine (using thread) is possible, but it can't look as good as things knitted in the round, anyway ...
