What is the 'done thing' ? I've got cushions and laundry bags etc. to sell and having trouble sourcing suitable packaging. It would be very rude & unprofessional to expect buyers to walk away with their purchase with no bag, right ????
Anyone got any bright ideas how I could look professional if I can't find big enough plastic bags ?
The fair is this Saturday so I'm cutting it fine.
Also, as it's my first fair/ craft fair, how much stock should I take ? I've got 14 cushions of varying sizes with applique (one giant floor cushion) and 7 laundry bags (most with intricate applique - so far.
I've made wooden Xmas tree decorations and a few other small bits and bobs too. I'm planning on making another 3-4 cushions and a couple more bags. Would this be enough do you think ?
I'm beginning to think I've made a mistake in booking a table

Stop breath, calm down .

You could get bags from cash and carry like bookers. They do good quality big palin ones as well as the cheap stripey ones you get at the corner shop. I got nice Christmas ones. But I would just get cheap plain paper bags for the little things and take some plastic bags from under your sink for bigger items if asked. Different if full on craft fair but its a school fair.

Be prepared not to sell as much of the big stuff, my freind does stuff like this and finds that people don't come prepared to spend that much at a school fair (again different at a craft fair), she sells loads of little things and gives details on how to buy her other stuff. Depends on prices I suppose.

Thanks ... OK,I'm breathing now. We have C&C close by so I'll take a look.
Trouble with me is I try too hard sometimes.
