Beading emergency......PLEASE HELP!

Ok, so technically not an 'emergency' but causing me some serious stress. I have been making bracelets made of beads threaded on tigertail with additional beads threaded on headpins dangling off at regular points from jump rings. I have sold a few to friends and a couple to people I don't know through a coffee morning. The problem is that now I'm finding (from wearing them myself) that sometimes the beads on jumprings come off the bracelets because the tigertail is so thin. I've replaced all the jumprings I had originally used with thicker, stronger jumprings and made sure they are closed really tight which I thought solved the problem but it's happened again. I feel absolutely awful that this might be happening to people I sold them too. What can I do? Can you solder jumprings or is it too fiddly otherwise what else could I string them on? Sorry to go on....I'm so worried.

Try making links with a heavier gauge wire such as 1mm at least?

Oh that depends on the size of the hole in the beads....

Could you maybe try a tiny blob of clear glue over the opening of the jump ring? Or...rather than using a jump ring onto the tigertail, use the headpin bent into a loop, you could then bend it round a bit more to be secure ?? (may be very fiddly tho!)

I could use a thicker wire but I don't know if that would stop it happening? I did wonder about the glue idea, I'll give it a go, my concern was that it might show on the jump ring. I'm not sure I could twist the headpin round the wire, sounds a bit fiddly for me (all fingers and thumbs!) Sorry to be so negative, I really appreciate the replies!! Thanks

Have you tried using a headpin or eyepins if you want movement in your bead and making a wrapped loop around the thread, this loop is normally pretty secure as there are no gaps.
