Hi - I want to buy some interfacing on myfabrics.co.uk but all these products are in untranslated German!! Help. I think I'm looking for the Vlieseline Bügeleinlage. I ordered some Darcos Watte and this is just coat padding (glum face).

I'm reasonably sure vlieseline is the word, and if it's iron-on that you want then bügel-something will be right. Watte would be wadding, or padding though, so i'm not quite sure how you've ended up with that.

Ah, so the bugel-thing means iron-on? Can I sew on an iron-on interfacing? (sorry, novice here!)

Vlieseline Gewebeeinlage translates as Interfacing fabric insert, Vlieseline Bügeleinlage translates as Vilene fusible interfacing, IF google translate is correct Grin

Ooo, thanks Ninja. How silly, I checked wordreference but not googletranslate. Doh.

Have you asked on sewing.patternreview.com? There are a lot of international posters on there.
