Hi Redbull - which website did you register your domain name on?

redbull · 07/08/2006 22:37

the 123 one that you linked to the second time

redbull · 07/08/2006 22:40

i just have to say thankyou soooooooooooooooo much for coming to my rescue i will love you for ever

bubblerock · 07/08/2006 22:42

I just had a quick look and it says "Just log into your account, choose the domain you'd like to modify, and select ?Manage DNS?" - you should be able to then change them from there, let me know if you manage to do it. xx

bubblerock · 07/08/2006 22:43

redbull · 07/08/2006 22:46

bubblerock · 07/08/2006 22:50

You need to update/change the dns (domain name servers) to Jamroll - this will point your website name (with 123) to your website space (with Jamroll)

bubblerock · 07/08/2006 22:54

Try this on 123 support

redbull · 07/08/2006 22:57

there are 4 boxs to choose to change details on they are called

shared hosting myserver world.com

shared hosting on my server world.net

A, CNAME and TEXT records

MX records

redbull · 07/08/2006 23:03

bubblerock · 07/08/2006 23:07

If you are following the directions on the support link I'm not sure where you are now, but you just need to change the first two DNS. I haven't got an account so can't see what you see unfortunately. I need to sign off now but if you need help in the morning then email me direct at [email protected] and hopefully we can get you back on track, it's horrible when you hit an obstacle isn't it? Frustrating - chat in the AM!

bubblerock · 07/08/2006 23:07

X posted - good luck!!

redbull · 07/08/2006 23:11
