Cutting round shapes - scissors or craft knife?

I am rubbish at cutting out with scissors, especially when it comes to small things or detailed parts. Would a craft knife work better? And if so, what type and where from?

what size circles?
you can buy circle cutters.
you can buy circle punches up tp about 2 inches i think

Not circles - I have a fiskar's cutter and circles stencil for that :)

I am trying to cut out a picture of Snow White - and I find the detailed bits just so hard with normal scissors.

have you tried decoupage scissors?

or nail scissors? I picked up a value pack in tesco nail scssors, smally emery board, tweezers. It's in the manicure/nail section but I use it for crafts.

LOL why did we both think you were talking about circles??

i would use tiny nail scissors, the ones that have a slightly curved blade- it does mean that you have to keep turning them round but they seem to the job best.

i was at the price of decoupage scissors in the shops (£8.99!) - went to superdrug and bought some curved nail scissors for £1.99 - bargain!

i couldn't work out why i read it as circles either HF, but think i have done the same ...'rounds'. LOL

You know, I did wonder why you both went straight onto circles - it has cliicked! LOL.

I'll try a pair of little nail scissors then.
