Any scrapbooking experts out there? Help Needed Please

I would really appreciate some help.

I want to make a scrapbook in memory of my dad. I've never got over him dying and think this may help. I am going to include photo's of him just before he fell ill when he was healthy and happy also some photos with my late mum, me on my wedding day and with dd1.

I don't know where to begin. I make cards but thats about it, i wouldn't know where to get the albums or if i need special albums.

I would really really appreciate any help you can give.

Have used all (recently ) and they are all great, modern scrapbooking and canny crafts have postage discounts at the moment though.

Oh, modern scrapbboking and craft magic do basic grey... some fabulously grown up masculine lines there.

LOL. I think I may have to walk to my local craft shop in the morning to find some bits to make dad's album extra special.

I've got the scrapbook and the sheets etc and I am totally at a loss now what to do next, any advice?

have you sorted which photo's you want to use?

Once you select the photos, see which papers look nice with it. Firstly, you must have a bit of fun. Decide if you want a solid background paper and then to use the decorative one as a sideline, keep moving the papers around till you get it the way that you like it. I am sure someone else will be around to help you more than I can!

Well, I just order some bazzill cards and some vellum accents, when the glue etc comes I'll be ready to get cracking.
