pattern recommendation for inverted triangle bodyshape

can anyone recommend any good sewing patterns for tops/dresses for inverted triangle shape:
ie broad shoulders, big boobs, bit of a tummy, no hips?
By using the large size on patterns so far everything looks like a sack/hospital gown.......
or a tutorial of sorts to adjust patterns? everything I've found online is to adjust patterns based on the weird idea that everyone is the same size across their body.....!
thanks

McCalls do a range of patterns ' Made for you' which besides the usual pieces, give extra pattern pieces for those with C cup or D cup - is that any use, or would you want more up top than that?

that sounds promising! do you have a link? can't see anything with that name on their website, thanks!

Been looking for links, but cant find anything for you! The McCalls pattern I bought doesnt actually make a feature of the Made for You, there is a red box type logo on the bottom front of the pattern, but it doesnt appear on online packets! I also read somewhere that Simplicity does do patterns for DD cup, cant find a link to those either, so it seems you may just have to look through the pattern books. I get my patterns from Sew Essential, have linked to the blouse pattern I have, you can read the reverse of pattern pack which lists the cup size variants.

Also somewhere on my online travels, found in the US someone called Coni also does dressmaking patterns for ladies who are larger on top, but havent had time yet to source them in this country. Sorry not to have been more helpful - you wouldnt think it would be so hard to buy/make clothes for such a common shape, would you!!
