I'm wondering - do you mostly use pre-packaged folded cards or make your own from card?

I make my own and tend to use Bazzil cardstock for a nicer effect on "special cards"....more expensive but deffo worth it.
Papermill is by far the best way to buy I find....but not always a good choice of colours.

I have been to the paper mill today and got lots of cream and white to fold. £3.99 for an A5 box. I also bought my card folding thingymajig form there for @£8.

BTW, they had lots of red, green and blue very suitable for Christmas if anyone wants to stock up early. It isn't such a crazy idea as you can never seem to get those colours come October time.

Bit of both, I prefer the pre folds as i don't have a scoring board or a local paper mill, but I do buy packs of a5 card in colours I like and use those too. EBAY is my usual source of both, and I won't buy anything unless it is competitive.

Lurve the bazzill card too, haven't had any in for a bit but getting some now. Gorgeous effect.

I used to buy all mine from CC along with their envelopes and poly bags.

Since buying my accucrease board, you get such a good, proffessional fold, in such a short space of time I now fold my own. (most cards anyway)

I mainly use card from the Paper Mill, but like JM said, it is very hit and miss as to what colours are available. Tried several times before xmas just to get a supply of white hammered card![card]

I think if you can get a good, reasonably price supply of card, it is well worth investing in a folder board- you will save money in the end.
